For Sneha and Arjun's large family wedding in Jaipur, we leaned into Rajasthani colour and tradition — folk musicians at the welcome, a horse-drawn baraat through the gardens and a heritage courtyard mandap dressed in marigolds and brass.

With 450 guests across two hotels, we ran shuttle loops, a central hospitality desk and a detailed guest app so everyone knew where to be.
