What does a wedding planner do?
A wedding planner builds your budget and timeline, recommends venues and vendors, designs the décor, manages guests and logistics, and runs every function on the day so your family can enjoy it.
How much does a wedding planner cost?
Planning fees depend on the number of functions, guests and the city or destination. We share a clear proposal after the first consultation — there is no charge for that first call.
Do you plan destination weddings outside Maharashtra?
Yes. We regularly plan weddings in Udaipur, Jaipur, Goa and Kerala, and can plan in other cities and abroad on request.
How early should we book?
8 to 12 months ahead is ideal, and at least 6 months for destination weddings. We do take shorter timelines when our calendar allows.
Can we hire you only for décor?
Yes. Décor & design, or a single function such as the sangeet or reception, can be booked on its own.
Will someone from your team be present on the wedding day?
Always. Your lead planner and an on-ground team manage every function from set-up to the last guest leaving.

How early should we hire a wedding planner?
Ideally 8–12 months before the wedding, and at least 6 months for destination weddings, so that the best venues and vendors are still available.
Can we see the décor before the wedding?
Yes. We share concept boards and layouts, and for larger weddings we set up a sample of key elements such as a table or a floral panel for approval.
How many guests are ideal for a destination wedding?
Most destination weddings we plan have 80 to 300 guests. Smaller guest lists open up more boutique palace and beach venues.
Can you plan only the sangeet or reception?
Yes. Many families hire us for one or two functions, with the same design and on-ground care as a full wedding.
Can we bring our own vendors?
Absolutely. We coordinate with your chosen vendors in the same way as ours, sharing timelines and briefs so everyone works as one team.
Do you arrange choreographers for the family?
Yes. We schedule rehearsals online and in person so that everyone, from grandparents to cousins, can enjoy performing.
