Aditi and Rohan wanted their families from Pune and Delhi to feel like royalty for three days. We planned a palace wedding in Udaipur with a welcome dinner by the lake, a bright marigold haldi, a sangeet in the courtyard and sunset pheras under a rose-and-jasmine mandap.
The details
Guests arrived to hand-painted welcome kits and a hospitality desk at the hotel. The mandap faced the lake so the pheras ended just as the sun set, and the reception moved indoors to a candle-lit durbar hall.
